Section 2 The Executive Authorities
第六十一條澳門特別行政區(qū)政府是澳門特別行政區(qū)的行政機(jī)關(guān)。
Article 61 The Government of the Macao Special Administrative Region shall be the executive authorities of the Region.
第六十二條澳門特別行政區(qū)政府的首長是澳門特別行政區(qū)行政長官。
Article 62 The head of the Government of the Macao Special Administrative Region shall be the Chief Executive of the Region.

General secretariats, directorates of services, departments and divisions shall be established in the Government of the Macao Special Administrative Region.
第六十三條澳門特別行政區(qū)政府的主要官員由在澳門通常居住連續(xù)滿十五年的澳門特別行政區(qū)永久性居民中的中國公民擔(dān)任。
Article 63 The principal officials of the Macao Special Administrative Region shall be Chinese citizens who are permanent residents of the Region and have habitually resided in Macao for a continuous period of not less than 15 years.
澳門特別行政區(qū)主要官員就任時(shí)應(yīng)向澳門特別行政區(qū)終審法院院長申報(bào)財(cái)產(chǎn)，記錄在案。
The principal officials of the Macao Special Administrative Region, at the time of assuming office, shall declare their property to the President of the Court of Final Appeal of the Macao Special Administrative Region for the record.
