第三章居民的基本權(quán)利和義務(wù)
Chapter III Fundamental Rights and Duties of the Residents
第二十四條澳門特別行政區(qū)居民，簡(jiǎn)稱澳門居民，包括永久性居民和非永久性居民。
Article 24 Residents of the Macao Special Administrative Region (“Macao residents”) shall include permanent residents and non-permanent residents.
澳門特別行政區(qū)永久性居民為：
The permanent residents of the Macao Special Administrative Region shall be:
?。ㄒ唬┰诎拈T特別行政區(qū)成立以前或以后在澳門出生的中國(guó)公民及其在澳門以外所生的中國(guó)籍子女；
(1) Chinese citizens born in Macao before or after the establishment of the Macao Special Administrative Region and their children of Chinese nationality born outside Macao;
?。ǘ┰诎拈T特別行政區(qū)成立以前或以后在澳門通常居住連續(xù)七年以上的中國(guó)公民及在其成為永久性居民后在澳門以外所生的中國(guó)籍子女；
(2) Chinese citizens who have habitually resided in Macao for a continuous period of not less than seven years before or after the establishment of the Macao Special Administrative Region and their children of Chinese nationality born outside Macao after they have become permanent residents;
?。ㄈ┰诎拈T特別行政區(qū)成立以前或以后在澳門出生并以澳門為永久居住地的葡萄牙人；
(3) The Portuguese who were born in Macao and have taken Macao as their place of permanent residence before or after the establishment of the Macao Special Administrative Region;
?。ㄋ模┰诎拈T特別行政區(qū)成立以前或以后在澳門通常居住連續(xù)七年以上并以澳門為永久居住地的葡萄牙人；
(4) The Portuguese who have habitually resided in Macao for a continuous period of not less than 7 years and have taken Macao as their place of permanent residence before or after the establishment of the Macao Special Administrative Region;
?。ㄎ澹┰诎拈T特別行政區(qū)成立以前或以后在澳門通常居住連續(xù)七年以上并以澳門為永久居住地的其他人；
(5) Other persons who have habitually resided in Macao for a continuous period of not less than 7 years and have taken Macao as their place of permanent residence before or after the establishment of the Macao Special Administrative Region;
