it shall implement laws passed by the Council and already in force; it shall present regular policy addresses to the Council; and it shall answer questions raised by members of the Council.

Article 66 The Executive authorities of the Macao Special Administrative Region may, when necessary, establish advisory bodies.

Section 3 The Legislature
第六十七條澳門(mén)特別行政區(qū)立法會(huì)是澳門(mén)特別行政區(qū)的立法機(jī)關(guān)。
Article 67 The Legislative Council of the Macao Special Administrative Region shall be the legislature of the Region.
第六十八條澳門(mén)特別行政區(qū)立法會(huì)議員由澳門(mén)特別行政區(qū)永久性居民擔(dān)任。
Article 68 The Legislative Council of the Macao Special Administrative Region shall be composed of permanent residents of the Region.
立法會(huì)多數(shù)議員由選舉產(chǎn)生。
The majority of its members shall be elected.
立法會(huì)的產(chǎn)生辦法由附件二《澳門(mén)特別行政區(qū)立法會(huì)的產(chǎn)生辦法》規(guī)定。
The method for forming the Legislative Council is prescribed in Annex II Method for the Formation of the Legislative Council of the Macao Special Administrative Region.
立法會(huì)議員就任時(shí)應(yīng)依法申報(bào)經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況。
