(6) To receive and handle complaints from Macao residents;
?。ㄆ撸┤缌⒎〞w議員三分之一聯(lián)合動議，指控行政長官有嚴(yán)重違法或瀆職行為而不辭職，經(jīng)立法會通過決議，可委托終審法院院長負(fù)責(zé)組成獨立的調(diào)查委員會進(jìn)行調(diào)查。
(7) If a motion initiated jointly by one-third of all the members of the Legislative Council charges the Chief Executive with serious breach of law or dereliction of duty and if he or she refuses to resign, the Council may, by a resolution, give a mandate to the President of the Court of Final Appeal to form an independent investigation committee to carry out investigation.
調(diào)查委員會如認(rèn)為有足夠證據(jù)構(gòu)成上述指控，立法會以全體議員三分之二多數(shù)通過，可提出彈劾案，報請中央人民政府決定；
If the committee considers the evidence sufficient to substantiate such charges, the Council may pass a motion of impeachment by a two-thirds majority of all its members and report it to the Central People’s Government for decision; and
?。ò耍┰谛惺股鲜龈黜椔殭?quán)時，如有需要，可傳召和要求有關(guān)人士作證和提供證據(jù)。
(8) To summon, as required when exercising the above-mentioned powers and functions, persons concerned to testify or give evidence.
