答：昨天，中國(guó)國(guó)家主席習(xí)近平和俄羅斯總統(tǒng)普京在索契舉行了今年以來的首次會(huì)晤。兩國(guó)元首在親密友好務(wù)實(shí)的氣氛中，全面總結(jié)了過去一年中俄關(guān)系發(fā)展形勢(shì)及取得的重要成果，對(duì)新的一年兩國(guó)合作作出戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃和部署，就加強(qiáng)雙方在重大國(guó)際和地區(qū)問題上的戰(zhàn)略協(xié)作達(dá)成重要共識(shí)。
A: Chinese President Xi Jinping and Russian President Putin held their first meeting this year in Sochi yesterday. In a cordial, friendly and practical atmosphere, the two presidents made an overall review of the development and important achievements of bilateral relations last year, drew up strategic plans for bilateral cooperation in the new year and reached important agreement on enhancing bilateral coordination on major regional and international issues.
習(xí)近平主席祝愿俄羅斯成功舉辦索契冬奧會(huì)，希望中俄兩國(guó)運(yùn)動(dòng)員在本次冬奧會(huì)上都取得佳績(jī)。普京總統(tǒng)對(duì)習(xí)近平主席出席索契冬奧會(huì)表示感謝和熱烈歡迎，祝愿習(xí)主席和中國(guó)人民新春快樂，祝中國(guó)運(yùn)動(dòng)員取得好成績(jī)。
President Xi Jinping wished the Sochi Winter Olympics a success and athletes from the two countries impressive performance. President Putin appreciated and warmly welcomed President Xi's attendance at the Games, wished President Xi and the Chinese people a happy new year and Chinese athletes good results.
習(xí)近平主席指出，中俄雙方應(yīng)當(dāng)珍惜中俄關(guān)系發(fā)展的良好局面，在新的一年里共同努力，推動(dòng)兩國(guó)關(guān)系繼續(xù)向前發(fā)展。習(xí)主席強(qiáng)調(diào)，中俄要繼續(xù)深挖巨大潛力，培育新的合作增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)，順利推進(jìn)戰(zhàn)略性大項(xiàng)目合作，如期實(shí)施俄方向中方增供原油和天然氣、擴(kuò)建輸油管道、建設(shè)合資煉油廠等項(xiàng)目，擴(kuò)大核能、電力、煤炭等領(lǐng)域的合作。中方歡迎俄方參與絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶和海上絲綢之路建設(shè)，使之成為兩國(guó)全面戰(zhàn)略協(xié)作伙伴關(guān)系發(fā)展的新平臺(tái)。習(xí)主席還指出，中俄在重大國(guó)際和地區(qū)問題上密切協(xié)作，特別是在近期共同參加了敘利亞化武海上運(yùn)輸?shù)淖o(hù)航行動(dòng)。中俄雙方今后應(yīng)就重大國(guó)際地區(qū)問題繼續(xù)保持磋商與合作，共同維護(hù)世界及地區(qū)的和平、安全、穩(wěn)定。
President Xi pointed out the need for the two countries to cherish the good shape of bilateral ties and further advance the relationship through concerted efforts in the new year. President Xi underlined that China and Russia should continue to tap into huge potential and foster new growth areas for cooperation, press ahead with cooperation on major strategic projects, implement as scheduled such programs as the supply of crude oil and natural gas by Russia to China, the expansion of oil pipelines and the building of co-funded oil refinery, and scale up cooperation in nuclear energy, electricity and coal. China welcomes Russia's participation in the building of the silk road economic belt and the maritime silk road so as to turn the two initiatives into new platforms for the growth of bilateral comprehensive strategic partnership of coordination. President Xi also said that China and Russia had worked closely on major regional and international issues, particularly in the recent escort mission for Syrian chemical weapons. Going forward, China and Russia should continue their consultation and cooperation on major regional and international issues to jointly uphold regional and world peace, security and stability.
