問(wèn)：近日，美方一些官員在不同場(chǎng)合談到中方“計(jì)劃”在南海劃設(shè)防空識(shí)別區(qū)，稱此舉是挑釁行為并將引發(fā)地區(qū)不穩(wěn)定。請(qǐng)問(wèn)你對(duì)此有何評(píng)論？
Q: Recently, some US officials have made remarks on various occasions on China's "plan" to establish an Air Defence Identification Zone (ADIZ) in the South China Sea, calling it a provocative and destabilizing act in the region. What is your comment?
答：我愿重申，中國(guó)作為主權(quán)國(guó)家完全有權(quán)根據(jù)自身面臨的空中安全形勢(shì)，采取包括劃設(shè)防空識(shí)別區(qū)在內(nèi)的任何措施，維護(hù)國(guó)家安全。任何國(guó)家無(wú)權(quán)對(duì)此說(shuō)三道四。
A: I want to reiterate that as a sovereign state, China has all the rights to safeguard its national security with any means, including the establishment of an ADIZ in light of the air security. No country is allowed to make irresponsible remarks.
同時(shí)必須指出，近來(lái)日本右翼勢(shì)力在南海問(wèn)題上散布了一系列謠言，其目的是為了轉(zhuǎn)移國(guó)際視線，為自身推行右傾化政策做掩護(hù)。人們對(duì)這一點(diǎn)看得很清楚。美方一些官員在未作核實(shí)情況下，僅憑上述謠言就對(duì)中方無(wú)端指責(zé)，這是一種極不負(fù)責(zé)任的行為。我們希望美方多做有利于中美關(guān)系健康穩(wěn)定發(fā)展的事情。
It must be pointed out that the right-wing forces in Japan have recently been spreading rumours about the South China Sea issue in an attempt to divert international attention and cover up its right-wing politics. People are clear-eyed about the scheme. Some US officials have made groundless accusations against China based on the rumours without any verification, which is extremely irresponsible. We hope that the US will do more to contribute to the sound and steady growth of China-US relations.
