我認(rèn)為，在一帶一路倡議下，中密兩國在交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施領(lǐng)域的合作前景十分廣闊。中國將繼續(xù)致力于支持密聯(lián)邦交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施發(fā)展，推動這一領(lǐng)域及其他各領(lǐng)域合作上一個更高水平。中鐵14局集團(tuán)是中國國有大型建筑企業(yè)，既有很強(qiáng)的資質(zhì)和實力，也有在亞洲、非洲、大洋洲開展援助項目的豐富經(jīng)驗。我相信，他們將不辱使命，按時、按要求、保質(zhì)保量地完成二級公路項目，向密克羅尼西亞聯(lián)邦政府和人民交上一份滿意的答卷。

I therefore see great prospect for China-FSM cooperation in transportation infrastructure development under the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative. China will continue to support the development of transportation infrastructure in the FSM, bring our cooperation in this sector and other fields to a higher level. China Railway 14 Bureau Group is a large state-owned construction enterprise in China. It has not only strong qualifications and strength, but also rich experience in developing assistance projects in Asia, Africa and the Pacific Areas. I believe that, they will fulfill its mission, complete the project in time and with high quality, and deliver to the government and people of the FSM a quality final product.

　　今年是中密建交30周年。除波納佩州二級公路和卡瑪橋改造項目外，波納佩州政府大樓修繕、丘克公路等多個項目和一系列人文交流活動正在積極推進(jìn)中，必將為慶祝中密建交30周年增光添彩。中方愿與密方齊心協(xié)力，攜手共進(jìn)，不斷充實中密全面戰(zhàn)略伙伴關(guān)系內(nèi)涵，共商共建共享“一帶一路”，共同推動構(gòu)建人類命運(yùn)共同體，共同創(chuàng)造兩國關(guān)系新的美好明天。

This year marks the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and the FSM. In addition to this Secondary Road project and Kahmar Bridge project in Pohnpei, there're a number of other aid projects like the Pohnpei Government Building Renovation and the Chuuk Road project, together with a series of people-to-people exchanges, planned for the celebration of the 30th anniversary. China is willing to work side by side with the FSM to enrich the implications of our Comprehensive Strategic Partnership, to pursue the Belt and Road Initiative by holding fast to the principle of achieving shared growth through discussion and collaboration, and to jointly promote the building of the Community with a Shared Future for the Humanity, to the end of creating a brighter future for the people of our two countries.
