All offices set up in the Macao Special Administrative Region by departments of the Central Government, or by provinces, autonomous regions, or municipalities directly under the Central Government, and the personnel of these offices shall abide by the laws of the Region.
各省、自治區(qū)、直轄市的人進(jìn)入澳門(mén)特別行政區(qū)須辦理批準(zhǔn)手續(xù)，其中進(jìn)入澳門(mén)特別行政區(qū)定居的人數(shù)由中央人民政府主管部門(mén)征求澳門(mén)特別行政區(qū)政府的意見(jiàn)后確定。
For entry into the Macao Special Administrative Region, people from other provinces, autonomous regions or municipalities directly under the Central Government must apply for approval. Among them, the number of persons who enter the Region for the purpose of settlement shall be determined by the competent authorities of the Central People’s Government after consulting the government of the Region.
澳門(mén)特別行政區(qū)可在北京設(shè)立辦事機(jī)構(gòu)。
The Macao Special Administrative Region may establish an office in Beijing.
第二十三條澳門(mén)特別行政區(qū)應(yīng)自行立法禁止任何叛國(guó)、分裂國(guó)家、煽動(dòng)叛亂、顛覆中央人民政府及竊取國(guó)家機(jī)密的行為，禁止外國(guó)的政治性組織或團(tuán)體在澳門(mén)特別行政區(qū)進(jìn)行政治活動(dòng)，禁止澳門(mén)特別行政區(qū)的政治性組織或團(tuán)體與外國(guó)的政治性組織或團(tuán)體建立聯(lián)系。
Article 23 The Macao Special Administrative Region shall enact laws on its own to prohibit any act of treason, secession, sedition, subversion against the Central People’s Government, or theft of state secrets, to prohibit foreign political organizations or bodies from conducting political activities in the Region, and to prohibit political organizations or bodies of the Region from establishing ties with foreign political organizations or bodies.
