分析：第一個shall不可能表示“必須”（意思不通），所以不能換成must；換成will又不符合法律使用一般現(xiàn)在時的原則，所以只能換成is；第二個shall 表示應當(必須），所以，要譯為must。

擬譯：

如果像原譯那樣，用否定的表達方法，應該說No marriage may be contracted... ,而不是 shall be...。
