Facilitation Measures of the Customs for the First China International Import Expo of 2018

為支持辦好2018年首屆中國國際進口博覽會，服務(wù)“一帶一路”建設(shè)、擴大開放等國家戰(zhàn)略，現(xiàn)提出海關(guān)具體支持措施如下：

一、量體貼身打造，制定進口博覽會通關(guān)指引。制定發(fā)布《2018年首屆中國國際進口博覽會海關(guān)通關(guān)須知》、《2018年首屆中國國際進口博覽會檢驗檢疫禁止清單》和《2018年首屆中國國際進口博覽會檢驗檢疫限制清單》，為境外參展商提供詳細指引。

To support the first China International Import Expo of 2018 and serve the national strategies of the “Belt and Road” initiative and further opening-up, the Customs rolls out facilitation measures as follows:

I. To formulate tailored guidelines on Customs clearance for the import expo. It develops and publishes the Customs Clearance Notice for the First China International Import Expo of 2018, The Prohibition List for Inspection and Quarantine during the First China International Import Expo of 2018 and The Restriction List for Inspection and Quarantine during the First China International Import Expo of 2018 in order to provide detailed guidelines for overseas exhibitors.

二、依托信息化管理系統(tǒng)，提供全流程服務(wù)。通過“單一窗口”和“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+海關(guān)”實現(xiàn)進口博覽會信息一次備案，為進口博覽會提供展品備案、展品通關(guān)、展中監(jiān)管、展品核銷等全流程服務(wù)。

三、派員入駐現(xiàn)場，提供咨詢服務(wù)。進口博覽會期間，海關(guān)將派員入駐國家會展中心（上海）的“一站式”服務(wù)中心，提供相關(guān)咨詢服務(wù)。

II. To rely on the information management system and provide services for the whole process. The import expo information is put on records once and for all through the “Single Window” and “Internet Plus Customs”, and services of exhibits registration, Customs clearance, supervision during exhibition, and re-conciliation of exhibits are provided for the import expo.

III. To dispatch personnel to the site and provide consulting services. During the import expo, the Customs will send staff to the One-Stop Service Center of the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai) to provide relevant consulting services.
