第一，兩國(guó)高層往來(lái)頻繁，極大地推動(dòng)了雙邊關(guān)系與合作。去年普連科維奇總理赴華出席首屆中國(guó)國(guó)際進(jìn)口博覽會(huì)，這是克羅地亞總理時(shí)隔13年首次訪華。今年4月，李克強(qiáng)總理訪問(wèn)克羅地亞并出席第八次中國(guó)-中東歐國(guó)家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人會(huì)晤，推動(dòng)中克關(guān)系、中國(guó)-中東歐國(guó)家合作步入新階段。此后，國(guó)務(wù)委員、公安部部長(zhǎng)趙克志，農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村部部長(zhǎng)韓長(zhǎng)賦相繼訪克，推動(dòng)兩國(guó)在執(zhí)法安全、農(nóng)業(yè)等領(lǐng)域合作取得一系列新進(jìn)展。
First, both countries have enjoyed frequent high-level exchanges of visits and communications which have greatly promoted our bilateral relationship and co-operations. Last year, Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovi? paid a successful official visit to China to attend the 1st China International Import Expo. This April, Premier Li Keqiang visited Croatia and attended the 8th Summit of Heads of Government of China and Central and Eastern European Countries. It has upgraded the relationship between China and Croatia as well as China-Central and Eastern European countries to a new stage of cooperation. Since then, Chinese State Councilor and Minister of Public Security, and Minister of Agriculture and Rural Affairs paid visits to Croatia respectively, which have enhanced collaboration in the areas of law enforcement and agriculture.
第二，兩國(guó)經(jīng)貿(mào)合作快速發(fā)展。2018年，中克貿(mào)易額同比增長(zhǎng)16.2%。中國(guó)路橋集團(tuán)承建的佩列沙茨大橋，實(shí)現(xiàn)了中克大項(xiàng)目合作的歷史性突破，也成為中克歐合作的模范代表。今年4月，中國(guó)私營(yíng)企業(yè)、5G建設(shè)領(lǐng)軍者華為公司與克羅地亞數(shù)字化辦公室簽署兩項(xiàng)合作諒解備忘錄。我相信，中克兩國(guó)在數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)、電子商務(wù)、金融科技、智慧城市等新經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域合作動(dòng)能將不斷涌現(xiàn)，基建、衛(wèi)生、清潔能源等領(lǐng)域合作也將更加深化。
Second, the economic and trade cooperation between our two countries has been growing quickly. The bilateral trade was increased by 16.2% last year. The Pelje?ac Bridge being built by China Road and Bridge Corporation, marks a historic breakthrough in the cooperation between China and Croatia, and also creates a model of trilateral cooperation among China, Croatia and EU. This April, Huawei, a Chinese private enterprise and a leader in the construction of 5G, signed two memorandums of understanding with Croatian Central State Office for Digital Society Development. I am confident that China-Croatia cooperation will continue booming in the new economic fields such as digital economy, e-commerce, financial technology, and smart cities. We are also faced with tremendous opportunities for cooperation in areas like infrastructure, health industry, clean energy and many others.
第三，兩國(guó)人文交流再譜新篇，民心相通正當(dāng)其時(shí)。2018年，中國(guó)到克游客人數(shù)約24萬(wàn)，同比增長(zhǎng)超過(guò)40%，今年這一數(shù)字還將有新的突破?？肆_地亞已成為中國(guó)游客到訪中東歐最受歡迎的旅游目的地之一。今年是“中克文化和旅游年”，兩國(guó)舉辦了一系列豐富多彩的文化旅游交流活動(dòng)。我堅(jiān)信，增進(jìn)兩國(guó)人民相互了解，是打造中克鉆石般友誼的基礎(chǔ)。

Third, the people-to-people exchanges between our two countries are writing a new chapter. In 2018, the number of Chinese visitors to Croatia reached about 240,000 with an increase of more than 40%, this year it is estimated to be even more. Croatia has become one of the most popular destinations in Central and Eastern Europe for Chinese tourists. This year is the Year of Culture and Tourism between China and Croatia. The two countries have hosted a serious of cultural and tourist exchange activities. I firmly believe that enhancing mutual understanding between the two peoples is the basis for building a strong friendship and relationship between our two countries.

今天，在慶祝中華人民共和國(guó)成立70周年之際，我們也在這里隆重舉行中國(guó)改革開放40年主題國(guó)際巡展。改革開放40多年來(lái)，中國(guó)創(chuàng)造了經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的奇跡。今天的中國(guó)，已成為世界第二大經(jīng)濟(jì)體、制造業(yè)第一大國(guó)、貨物貿(mào)易第一大國(guó)、商品消費(fèi)第二大國(guó)。隨著“中產(chǎn)”的不斷壯大，中國(guó)也即將成為商品消費(fèi)第一大國(guó)。40年來(lái)，中國(guó)脫貧人口占同期全球減貧人口總數(shù)的70%。當(dāng)前中國(guó)正在推進(jìn)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革，推動(dòng)中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)健康穩(wěn)定發(fā)展，保持6%以上的增長(zhǎng)率。中國(guó)的改革開放既改變了自己，也惠及了世界，中國(guó)連續(xù)多年對(duì)世界經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)貢獻(xiàn)率超過(guò)30%。
Today, at the time of the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, we are also holding an exhibition of the 40th anniversary of China's reform and opening up. Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up, China has created a miracle of economic and social development. China has become the world's second largest economy, the largest manufacturer, the largest trader of goods, the second largest consumer of goods, likely to be the No.1 consumer very soon along with the increase of Chinese middle class reaching 400 million. China also accounts for 70% of the world poverty reduction.Now China has entered into a period of structural reform, pushing forward our economy to high quality development. Our economy has continued stable and sound performance, with its GDP growing within a proper range of more than 6% for years running. China's reform and opening up has not only transformed China, but also benefited the whole world. For many years, China has contributed more than 30% to the world economic growth.
