問：日本廣播協(xié)會(huì)（NHK）新任會(huì)長籾井勝人近日就“慰安婦”問題發(fā)表言論稱，“慰安婦”問題二戰(zhàn)期間在各國都存在，不應(yīng)只指責(zé)日本。今天，籾井勝人就相關(guān)言論表示道歉。中方是否接受其道歉？是否認(rèn)為他應(yīng)該辭職？
Q: In his recent remarks on the issue of "comfort women", the new head of Japan's NHK Katsuto Momii said that such issue as "comfort women" was common in all countries during WWII and that Japan should not be singled out for criticism. Today he apologized for these remarks. Does China accept his apology or think he should resign?
答：我們注意到NHK有關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人的言論。眾所周知，強(qiáng)征“慰安婦”是日本軍國主義在對外侵略戰(zhàn)爭中對受害國人民犯下的嚴(yán)重反人道罪行，至今仍對受害者的身心造成嚴(yán)重傷害。日方有關(guān)人員的言論反映出在日本一直有一股勢力，企圖淡化和否認(rèn)日本軍國主義罪行，這與日本領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人開歷史倒車的錯(cuò)誤行徑一脈相承。我們嚴(yán)肅敦促日方以對歷史負(fù)責(zé)、對人類良知負(fù)責(zé)和尊重人權(quán)的態(tài)度，正視和反省日本軍國主義對外侵略戰(zhàn)爭中犯下的嚴(yán)重罪行，妥善處理有關(guān)歷史遺留問題，以實(shí)際行動(dòng)取信于亞洲鄰國，取信于國際社會(huì)。
A: We have noticed the remarks made by the head of NHK. As is known to all, the forced recruitment of "comfort women" is a grave crime against humanity committed by the Japanese militarism on people from victimized countries during WWII, inflicting severe physical and mental damage on the victims even till this date. The remarks by the relevant person in Japan reflect that there has always been a force in Japan that attempts to downplay and deny the crimes of the militaristic Japan, which echoes the Japanese leaders' erroneous action of setting backing the wheel of history. We solemnly urge the Japanese side to adopt the attitude of being responsible for history and the conscience of the mankind and respecting human rights, face up to and reflect upon the severe crimes the Japanese militarism committed in its history of aggression and properly handle relevant issues left over from history so as to win the trust of its Asian neighbors and the international community with concrete actions.
