二要共促戰(zhàn)略互信。中英歷史文化、社會(huì)制度不同，但兩國關(guān)系戰(zhàn)略性、務(wù)實(shí)性、包容性、全球性日益凸顯。在當(dāng)前保護(hù)主義、單邊主義上升的大背景下，雙方在倡導(dǎo)多邊主義、支持自由貿(mào)易、維護(hù)以規(guī)則為基礎(chǔ)的國際貿(mào)易體系方面共識(shí)更加突出。中英應(yīng)視彼此為機(jī)遇而非威脅，不做損害對(duì)方核心利益的事，不斷加強(qiáng)戰(zhàn)略溝通，不斷深化戰(zhàn)略互信，確保兩國和兩軍關(guān)系健康發(fā)展。
Second, we should enhance strategic mutual trust.
China and the UK differ in history, culture and social system. But our relationship is increasingly strategic, practical, inclusive and global. Amid rising protectionism and unilateralism around the world, our two countries have growing consensus on multilateralism, free trade and the rule-based international trade system.
We should see each other as an opportunity rather than a threat.
We should refrain from harming each other's core interests.
We should enhance strategic dialogue and deepen strategic mutual trust.
We should work hard to ensure a healthy relationship between our two countries and between our two militaries.
三要共擔(dān)和平使命。當(dāng)今世界傳統(tǒng)和非傳統(tǒng)安全威脅相互交織，安全問題的聯(lián)動(dòng)性、跨國性和復(fù)雜性日益突出。中英同為聯(lián)合國安理會(huì)常任理事國，在維護(hù)國際和平與安全方面肩負(fù)著重要責(zé)任。中英兩國和兩軍應(yīng)共同推動(dòng)國際和地區(qū)熱點(diǎn)問題政治解決，攜手應(yīng)對(duì)恐怖主義等全球性安全挑戰(zhàn)，為構(gòu)建人類命運(yùn)共同體，為建設(shè)一個(gè)和平、穩(wěn)定、發(fā)展、繁榮的世界貢獻(xiàn)力量！
Third, we should shoulder the mission for peace together.
In today's world, traditional and non-traditional security threats are intertwined. Security issues are becoming increasingly inter-connected, cross-border and complex.
China and the UK are both permanent members of the UN Security Council. Our two countries have important responsibilities on our shoulders to safeguard world peace and security.
So, our two countries and militaries should work together for political settlement of regional and international hotspot issues. We should also join hands to counter terrorism and address other global challenges to security. By doing so, we could make our contribution to building a community with a shared future for mankind and a world that enjoys peace, stability, development and prosperity.
