譯文全句看不到一個“excellent"“strong"“grasp”等字眼，完全是在深刻領(lǐng)會原文內(nèi)涵，熟悉專業(yè)知識的前提下譯出原文意義 的，同時也打亂了漢語四字結(jié)構(gòu)框架，利于英語行文。
8.要在全國范圍內(nèi)繼續(xù)糾正行業(yè)不正之風(fēng)，狠剎公路亂設(shè)卡、亂收費、亂罰款、中小學(xué)亂收費、向農(nóng)民亂收費、亂攤派等不正之風(fēng)。

9.發(fā)展附加值高，技術(shù)含量高，能源和原材料消耗低的產(chǎn)品。

“附加值”實則指“增值”；“技術(shù)含量高”這“含量”二字不好處理，查字典“content”與“技術(shù)”搭配不當(dāng)。其實，“技術(shù)含量高”在此上下文中的實際意義是指“由先進技術(shù)生產(chǎn)的”。但注意下一句“科技含量”的譯法：
10. (中國政府）將采取各種措洗，努力提高糧食增產(chǎn)中的科技含量。
It will adopt a series of measures to enable science and technology to play a greater role in increasing grain production,
可見，注重上下文意義在翻譯這類專用語時顯得多么重要.
11. 打破行政隸屬關(guān)系，發(fā)展以產(chǎn)品和貿(mào)易為龍頭的企業(yè)集團，鼓勵跨行業(yè)、跨地區(qū)經(jīng)營，加快產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和企業(yè)組織結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整，增強市場競爭能力。
Break away from administrative webs of affiliation, develop enterprise conglomerates centering around specific products or branches of trade, encourage them to engage in inter-trade and transregional operations,quicken the pace of readjusting industrial structure and the setup of enterprises and enhance their ability to compete?
“隸屬關(guān)系”譯法已約定俗成，“為龍頭”并非只有“as a key..."之類的譯法，一切須以下文為準(zhǔn)。

上述譯法與我們的漢語思維或多或少有些差異，待別是“重復(fù)建設(shè)”一語區(qū)別甚大。
