7.中日關(guān)系存在著廣闊的發(fā)展前景，面臨著重要機(jī)遇，雙方要共同努力來推進(jìn)兩國戰(zhàn)略互惠關(guān)系。我們要共同增加對(duì)中日關(guān)系的戰(zhàn)略投入，要從雙邊、地區(qū)、全球二個(gè)層面來加強(qiáng)雙方的溝通與合作。
China-Japan relations have bright prospects and are faced with important development opportunities. The two countries should work together to push forward the strategic relationship of mutual benefit. We should jointly increase the strategic input in our bilateral relations and have closer communication and cooperation at the bilateral, regional and global levels.
8.中日兩國一衣帶水。對(duì)于雙方在東海間題上的分歧，中方一直主張通過磋商、談判予以妥善解決。中日雙方關(guān)于東海問題達(dá)成原則共識(shí)，這是雙方長期努力的結(jié)果，來之不易，值得珍惜。
China and Japan are neighbors facing each other across a narrow strip of water. It is our consistent position that differences between the two countries over the issue of the East China Sea should be properly handled through consultations and negotiations. China and Japan have reached a principled common understanding on the issue of the East China Sea. It is the result of long-term efforts of both sides. It has not come easily and should be cherished.
9.應(yīng)把加強(qiáng)中日在亞洲一體化進(jìn)程中的合作作為發(fā)屣中日關(guān)系的一個(gè)重點(diǎn)方向，進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)在區(qū)域金融合作上的投入，共同打造金融安全網(wǎng)絡(luò)。共同參與湄公河次區(qū)域開發(fā)，推進(jìn)亞洲基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施網(wǎng)絡(luò)化建設(shè)。
China and Japan should prioritize their cooperation on Asian integration in the overall bilateral relations. We should increase input in regional financial cooperation and jointly build a financial security network. 10.日本領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人參拜供奉有]4名第二次世界大戰(zhàn)甲級(jí)戰(zhàn)犯亡靈的神社，深深傷害了中國和亞洲其他國家人民的感情。這是絕不能接受的。發(fā)展中日關(guān)系必須遵守“以史為鑒，而向未來”和中日之間三個(gè)政治文件的原則。
Japanese leaders have visited the Yasukuni Shrine where 14 Class-A war criminals during World War II were venerated. This act has deeply wounded the feelings of the people in China and other Asian countries. This is not acceptable in any way. The development of the Sino-Japanese relations should follow the spirit and principle of “taking history as a mirror and looking forward to the future" and the three political documents signed by the two countries.
